Our cut off timing is 15 minutes. For example, Northpoint outlet closes at 10pm, our cut off timing/last order will be at 9.45pm.

Signature Coconut Shake – Your all time favourite coconut ice blend with ice cream and flesh all blended in a cup.

Signature Coconut Shake (Lite) – A tasty ice blend of coconut ice cream and flesh made less sweet and just as shiok.

Signature Coconut (Iced) – Non-blended coconut shake served with ice and just as refreshing.

Yes you can! Simply select ‘Zero Stevia’ when you are placing your order(s)

Our products are not halal certified, however, it does not contain any pork/lard/alcohol.

Our Mr. Coconut drinks/products contain permitted stabilizers and emulsifiers. To ensure full disclosure, we produce our products in a facility that also handles gluten, soybean, and nuts. For those with allergies related to these products, we recommend against consumption for your safety. 

We advise that all drinks/products are to be consumed within 1-2 hours for the freshest taste upon collection/delivery. To the fullest extent permitted under law, we disclaim all liability and will not be responsible for any losses or consequences arising from the consumption after 2 hours from the time and date of purchase.

Delivery Services

Grabfood deliver from Monday to Sunday , 11am to 9pm daily.

Mobile App Self Pick Up opening hours: 30 mins after opening and 30 mins before closing.

Grab opening hours: 1hr after opening and 1hr before closing.

We do not provide the nuts when ordering through third party delivery platforms.

As currently Grabfood do not have the feature to control the amount of order for our account, thus we will temporarily pause the orders as per recommended by them, to clear off the existing orders.

But once we have cleared our current orders, we will resume our orders.
Do try again after 15-30 minutes on your delivery app.

There may be a shortage of drivers due to the peak period at the moment. You can try again at a later time.

Yes, Grabfood and our Mobile App will only cover within a given radius as per recommended by them.

For orders 21 cups and above, you can check out our bulk order delivery on our mobile app “Mr Coconut” available at both app/play store. Discount for orders above:
$250 to $399.99 = 3%
$400 to $799.99 = 5%
$800 to $999.99 = 8%
$1000 to $1999.99 = 10%
$2000 and above = 12%

Special/secured location charges ($8) and surcharge for weekends and PH ($2) will be applied automatically. For more information, do refer to the app/website.

Membership

Mr. Coconut Loyalty is a cardless membership programme that rewards our regular customers with exciting and exclusive privileges and benefits.

We have 2 platforms. Members Portal and Mobile App for membership usage

Through mobile app, you will get to enjoy much better benefits such as pre-order in advance for self-collection and delivery across all outlets and islandwide as compared to members portal.

No, you can join our membership for free.

You can log in to your members portal or download our mobile app at, to check your Membership Tier, Accumulative Nuts count status, Rewards Catalogue, Transactions History, and Expiry Dates, Account settings and updates.

No, there is no expiry date for membership. However, Nuts will expire 1 year from your anniversary date (the date you qualified for the current Mr Coconut Loyalty membership). After registering a new account, you have 12 months to earn $800 to reach to the next level which is Super Coconut. Upon reaching a new level, you will have another 12 months from the date that you reach that level to spend another $800 to maintain your membership at that level.

$0.10 spend = 0.1 nuts. $4.40 spend = 4.4 nuts.

Yes. Total amount spend = Total amount of nuts receive. (*Nuts earned rounded down to the nearest 1 decimal point)

For example, if you were to purchase an item worth $5.40. If there is a
promotion of 10%, you just have to pay $4.86. Therefore the number of nuts that you received is 4.8 nuts.

*Do note that you will only receive nuts through cash payment, credit card and NETS.

*However you wouldn’t be receiving nuts through services like Grabfood, Fraser, Grabpay, Alipay, WeChat Pay.

Members Portal – All outlets except for Jewel Changi Airport.

Mobile App – All outlets

You can visit your membership portal or mobile app and click on ‘Forget Password’ tab.

Follow the instruction as stated and verify with your mobile number and an email will be sent to you to reset your password.

Membership can’t be transferred and cannot be shared with family members or friends.

You will receive an additional of 5 nuts which will be automatically credited into your membership account. *Additionally when a customer signs up the membership portal in December 2019 with their birth date in December, 5 nuts will be credited into your account.

A referral code allow members to refer a friend into the membership programme. Here’s how it works. When an existing member refer a friend into the programme, the member will receive an additional of 2 nuts free. When the friend being referred upon signing up will receive 1 nut free.

If you were to find out that your nuts balance is incorrect, you can email us at loyalty@mrcoconut.sg and we will gladly assist you. We will respond back in 1 to 3 working days during working hours.

Terms and use (mobile app)

-Valid through our mobile app or member’s portal (https://loyalty.mrcoconut.sg/).

-Membership is free.

Membership privileges can only be enjoyed by the member. Sharing of account is strictly not allowed.

-Members could earn nuts when they purchase any item. (Except for Jewel Changi Airport outlet)

Amount Spent:

$0.10 = 0.1 nut

-Members are entitled to gain rewards and special privileges in the form of earning ‘nuts’ in participating outlets, based on their current ‘nut’ count.

-Members would have to identify oneself by informing our staff at the point of billing/seating to enjoy our membership benefits.

-Members MUST be physical present to recenve their rewards. For example, when a Baby member has redeemed 20 nuts in their account, they would have to go to any of our participating outlets (except Jewel Changi Airport)

-‘Nuts’ cannot be converted for cash or exchange for Mr. Coconut vouchers.

-We do not provide membership points when ordering through third party delivery platforms. (such as Grabfood/malls rewards programme/points/vouchers/giftcards.

Members will be able to enjoy special privileges on their birthday month.

-All unused ‘nuts’ will expire at the end of one year. For example, if you were to become a member on 1st November 2019, any unused ‘nuts’ will expire on 31st October 2020.

-Members may, at any time, terminate the membership. However, you will not be able to re-register your account using the same mobile number for 1 year from the day that you terminate your account.

-The account will be terminated immediately in the event of any breach of the T&C.

-We reserve the rights to terminate the membership if found to be shared by his/her family and friends.

-Upon termination of the account, the member shall not attempt to use the account.

-Upon the termination or cancellation of the account, all “nuts” will be forfeited and member would not be able to claim from us.

-You are only allowed to redeem 1 voucher per transaction only. (2 or more vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction.

-After signing up as a member, you have given consent that we shall be entitled to disclose personal particulars to the cooperatives and organizations that is related to us.

-Members are required to keep their membership information and details confidential at all times.

-The membership is the sole property of Mr. Coconut

-If the rewards are unlawfully redeemed, the member will need to refund the value of the Rewards without causing any dispute among both parties.

-Any debate on the rewards shall be notified to us within 30 days from the date when the dispute took place.

-We reserve any rights to alter or amend any privileges or condition without prior notice. All the terms and conditions of the rewards will be updated to our main website at (https://www.mrcoconut.sg/).

-We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership should any of the conditions and privileges are being abused.
